Clover Park School District - Thomas Middle School

Clover Park School District needed an addition to the new middle school and fast. The architect on the project had previously worked with Pacific Mobile, so they knew that modular construction would be a viable option. We provided a 7,544-square-foot building that exactly matched the existing middle school with a parapet on the roof, identical windows, brick, and more. The project was completed with ease and the customer was happier with the result of our modular building than the original stick-built building.

CWI Modular Building Nampa Campus

The College of Western Idaho was expanding. As a result, they needed additional administration and office space to support their increasing enrollment and offer the flexibility to relocate the buildings in the futurePacific Mobile Structures provided them with three 60X60 modular buildings. Outfitted with various textures and colors to match the existing structures, RTU units in the roof, and modified building height offered the appearance of traditional stick-built structures. The buildings also feature upgraded lighting units that can be adjusted to accommodate future reconfigurations of each of the buildings.

ESD 105 Wenatchee Daycare

East Wenatchee needed a facility for the children of migrant workers in the area to go while their parents were working during the day. They required something fast and within budget, so they turned to permanent modular construction to fill their needsWorking with Pacific Mobile, East Wenatchee was able to adhere to the constraints of their budget while gaining a solution that met their specifications. The building features air curtains at the entryway to maintain the quality and temperature of the air within it, along with a traversed hinged gable roof system, a commercial kitchen and extensive casework for maximum functionality and storage. On the outside, the modular building blends seamlessly with its surroundings.

Swinomish Indian Tribe Administration Building

The Swinomish Indian Tribe needed to expand their current administration office space, and with their federal grant set to expire, they turned to modular construction. Pacific Mobile quickly provided a modular building featuring a standing seam metal gable roof with a 512 hinged roof system and two custom timbered entries created for this building to achieve a specific look and feel. Oversized windows offer an abundance of natural light. The interior features nine-foot ceilings throughout, floor-to-ceiling dividers in the bathrooms, and lacquered and stained trims. The mechanical system was placed in the ceiling to maximize the square footage of the building for office space.
