East Wenatchee needed a facility for the children of migrant workers in the area to go while their parents were working during the day. They required something fast and within budget, so they turned to permanent modular construction to fill their needs. Working with Pacific Mobile, East Wenatchee was able to adhere to the constraints of their budget while gaining a solution that met their specifications. The building features air curtains at the entryway to maintain the quality and temperature of the air within it, along with a traversed hinged gable roof system, a commercial kitchen and extensive casework for maximum functionality and storage. On the outside, the modular building blends seamlessly with its surroundings.
